Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or other proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at joneschristopherwbcsc1921@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label where applicable.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving return authorization.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at joneschristopherwbcsc1921@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

①Perishable goods, including food, flowers, or plants

②Custom-made or personalised products

③Personal-care products, including beauty items

④Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

⑤Sale items or gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and display the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at joneschristopherwbcsc1921@gmail.com.
